The generational and cultural shifts reshaping the Latin American workforce — and how leaders adapt to bring out the best in diverse teams.
LATAM workplaces increasingly bring together different national backgrounds, regional identities, career expectations, and generational experiences. Those differences affect communication, authority, inclusion, feedback, and what people expect from work. Leaders need to integrate them without flattening difference or allowing it to fragment the team.
“Inclusion becomes a leadership capability when difference can influence the work without dividing the people doing it.”
This course covers those generational and demographic shifts directly, how to navigate tension between traditional hierarchy and newer expectations, and how to lead multicultural teams and apply inclusion as a genuine management practice rather than a stated policy. As the second course in Leading in Latin America, it builds directly on the cultural foundation from Course 01.
